SkySong attracts knowledge workers and businesses from around the world, creating a working community that integrates academia with commerce, and that develops an interactive relationship among mentor, supplier and start-up technology companies and professional support. SkySong has developed clusters of entrepreneurial companies in the areas of Information Communications Technology (ICT), Digital Learning and Sustainability to leverage the capabilities of Arizona State. These include large global enterprises, such as Canon and Ticketmaster, that help establish the overall branding and direction of SkySong, but also start-up and medium-sized technology firms that are critical in driving innovation. These clusters are supported by a number of business support providers who provide critical expertise, advice and resources to technology companies. These professionals include venture capitalists, angel investors and other financial service professionals, as well as business service providers such as law firms, accounting firms and management organizations.
