Arizona is the fastest growing state and Phoenix is the fifth largest city in the U.S. The metro region has more than four million residents. Located adjacent to California and Mexico, Arizona provides excellent access to markets in the US Southwest and Latin America.

  • Greater Phoenix accounts for two-thirds of Arizona’s economic activity. Its Gross Metro Product of $181.6 billion is the 15th largest in the U.S. and ranks ahead of San Diego and Denver and is larger than the GDPs of Israel, Malaysia and Singapore.

Today's workers want quality of life as well as quality of work. The Scottsdale community is one of the finest areas of the Valley in which to live, work and play. It has many residential options including multi-family apartments, condominium communities and family neighborhoods near SkySong, all within the award-winning Scottsdale Unified School District.

With more than 300 days of sunshine annually, low humidity and mild winters, Scottsdale has extensive recreational amenities including miles of dedicated bike paths and hiking trails, greenbelt and parks, over 180 golf courses and is adjacent to State and Federal parks and preserves within 2 hours of the metro area. Scottsdale also is home to luxury resorts, fine shopping, sports facilities, museums, art galleries and the greatest variety of restaurants and clubs in the Valley. The Downtown/Old Town Scottsdale areas include many restaurants and nightclubs as the area boasts an exceptionally vibrant nightlife.
